हे प्रकृति तुम्हें प्रणाम
दे दो हमको संगीत का दान
दिव्य सुरों को तरसे प्राण
दे दो तुम संगीत का ज्ञान
कोयल की कुहू कुहू पुकार
छेड़े मनवीणा के तार
पपीहे की पीहू पीहू तान
जैसे दे सबको जीवनदान
हवाओं के ये बहते स्वर
झरने बहते हों ज्यों झर-झर
पक्षियों के मधुर कलरव
सुर-अमृत बहे अविरल
मणि
I salute you nature
Give to us the gift of music
Our soul is longing for divine notes
Give us the knowledge of music
Koel’s cooing call
Plucks the strings of my heart’s harp
Cuckoo’s pihu pihu song
Seems like giving life to everyone
Sounds of the breeze blowing by
Seem like the song of flowing waterfalls
Sweet chirping of birds
The elixir of music is flowing in nature
